Who owns the property. A visit shows what is on the ground, dated and located. We never check title, a file or official records.

Questions about Faisalabad

Do you go out to Jaranwala, Samundri and the other tehsils?

Yes. We cover the whole Faisalabad district: Faisalabad Sadar, Jaranwala, Chak Jhumra, Samundri and Tandlianwala are all covered, and a visit there costs the same as one in the city. If your property is outside the district, tell us and we will say so before anything is agreed; nothing is charged.

Can you find farmland from its chak number?

Usually, yes. Send the chak number, the nearest village and the murabba and killa numbers if your papers have them. If we cannot find the land from what you give us, you get a full refund.

My address has no proper number. Can you still find it?

Usually. Send a landmark nearby, such as a mosque, a school or a market, and a map pin from Google Maps if you can. If we cannot find the property from what you give us, you get a full refund.

Will you talk to whoever is living there or farming the land?

No. We photograph from the road or the public path beside the property or the fields and never speak for you. The report shows its state, what was growing and anyone we could see there.

What does a visit not tell me?

Who owns the property. We photograph what is on the ground, dated and located, and we never check title, a file or official records. The photos are what you take to a lawyer or the authority that does.
