What we saw

The plot is vacant and the boundary wall is intact on all four sides. All four corner markers are in place. The gate is locked. Nothing has been dumped or built on your land. Next door, plot 216 has started foundation work, which is why it is photographed here.

Each photo is fingerprinted on the phone, and our server works the fingerprint out again from the stored file. A photo edited after capture would not match.

How to read it

What each part of the report is for.

01

The stamp on each photo

Date, time, GPS position, how accurate that position was, and how far it is from the pin on your property. That is what makes a photo evidence rather than a picture.

02

The checklist

The same points every visit, so this month can be set against last month. A change shows up as a different answer, not as a longer story.

03

What we will not say

The report records what could be seen from public land that day. It is not a survey, a title or ownership check, or legal advice, and it cannot show what is not visible from the road.
