When you let a property from abroad, you hear about it from the tenant or an agent. A Tenant and Rent Check sends someone to look at it from outside, so you see whether it is occupied and how it is being kept.

Who it is for

It is for landlords living abroad whose house, floor or shop is let in Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi. You want to know the tenant is still there, the property is not being damaged, and nothing has been added or changed that you did not agree.

A single visit suits a worry or a lease renewal. Four visits a year suit a tenancy you want to keep an eye on, at the same price as Quarterly Watch.

We cover the whole Faisalabad district and the city limits of Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

What we photograph

The approach from the road and the full frontage
The gate and lock, and whether the boundary wall is intact
Anything new on or around the property, such as building work, a new wall, a temporary structure, a vehicle or a poster
Whether anyone appears to be living or working there, so you can see it is occupied

What it does not do

We photograph from outside, from the road or public path. We do not go inside a rented home, speak to your tenant, collect rent or pass on messages. The name says Rent Check, but we check the property, not the rent: we cannot tell you whether rent has been paid.

One visit, the photo list above and a report by email. The four-visit plan covers four visits in the year.

How it works

Send your request with the city, the area and the plot or house number.
We email you to confirm the date and the price. Prices are fixed in US dollars and nothing is charged yet.
You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically. The four-visit plan is paid once for the year.
A named person from our team goes and photographs the property from the road or public path, with the time and place locked to every photo.
Your report arrives by email, with every photo dated and placed.

If we cannot complete the visit

If we cannot complete your visit, you get all your money back.
