Who it is for

Quarterly Watch is for owners of a plot, an empty family house or farmland who cannot visit often: an inherited plot, a house you left years ago, land held for the children. One visit tells you how it looks today. A watch tells you how it is changing.

Monthly Watch is the same service every month, twelve visits a year. It suits property where changes matter within weeks, such as a plot beside new building work, or a house you are worried about.

We cover the whole Faisalabad district and the city limits of Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

What we photograph

The approach from the road and the full frontage
One photo in each direction from the frontage
The corner markers and the gate and lock
Whether the boundary wall is intact, damaged or missing
Anything new on or around the property: building work, dumped material, a vehicle, a poster, livestock, crops or cut trees
Whether anyone appears to be living, working or in possession

What it does not do

A watch is from outside, from the road or public path. We do not go inside a house on Quarterly Watch. If you want the inside photographed, House Opening and Caretaker are for that. We do not check ownership or records.

How it works

Send your request with the city, the area and the plot or house number.
We email you to confirm the date and the price. Prices are fixed in US dollars and nothing is charged yet.
You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically. This plan is paid once for the year after we confirm it.
A named person from our team goes on each visit and photographs the property from the road or public path, with the same photo list every time.
Your report arrives by email, with every photo dated and placed.

If we cannot complete the visit

If we cannot complete your visit, you get all your money back.

Questions people ask

How often do you visit?

Quarterly Watch is four visits a year, about three months apart. Monthly Watch is twelve, once a month. We agree each date with you by email.

What if someone moves onto the property between visits?

The next visit records it with the date, and the report says who appears to be in possession. If you need a file for a lawyer, an Evidence Pack is for that.

How do I pay for the year?

We confirm the plan by email, then send one secure payment link for the year, paid by card before the first visit. Our terms explain refunds.
