We cover addresses within the Islamabad city limits. If your property is outside them, tell us and we will say so before anything is agreed; nothing is charged. F-7, F-8, F-10, F-11, E-11, G-11, DHA and Bahria Town are examples.

How to tell us where it is

A sector address is precise: send the house number, the street and the sub-sector, such as House 12, Street 34, F-10/2, and we can find it. For DHA and Bahria Town, send the phase, the sector or block and the plot number from your papers.

Three requests we expect from Islamabad

Fixed prices in US dollars, the same in every city. We confirm the date and price with you by email first. You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically. If we cannot complete the visit, you get all your money back. All services and prices.

What a visit does not check

Who owns the property. A visit shows what is on the ground, dated and located. We never check title, a file or official records.

Questions about Islamabad

Do you deal with my tenant?

No. We photograph from outside and never speak to the tenant for you, collect rent or pass on messages. The report shows what can be seen from the road.

How does House Opening work if I am abroad?

You arrange the keys, usually with a relative or a caretaker who hands them over or meets us there. We open up, air the house, photograph every room and lock it again, and we never force a door.

What does a visit not tell me?
