Who it is for

Caretaker is for owners of a house that nobody lives in: parents who have passed or moved, a family home kept for visits, a house between tenants. The question is not whether it is still standing. It is whether it is being looked after.

It is the step above Quarterly Watch. Quarterly Watch photographs from the road. Caretaker goes inside, because looking after a house means being in it.

We cover the whole Faisalabad district and the city limits of Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

What it does not do

A visit is not a guard. Nobody is posted at the house, and a visit is photographs and upkeep, not security. You give us a key. It is logged and kept safe, used only on scheduled visits, and returned when you ask or the plan ends. We never force a door.

Price and what is included

A monthly visit, 12 a year, with the key you provide. Small repairs and cleaning are arranged at cost: we get a local quote, you approve it before any work starts, and the work is done by a local tradesperson or cleaner.

How it works

Send your request with the city, the area and the plot or house number.
We email you to confirm the date and the price. Prices are fixed in US dollars and nothing is charged yet.
You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically. This plan is paid once for the year after we confirm it.
Each month a named person from our team opens the house with the key you provide, airs it, photographs every room and locks up again.
Your report arrives by email, with every photo dated and placed.

If we cannot complete the visit

If we cannot complete your visit, you get all your money back.

Questions people ask

Who holds the key?

We do, once you give it to us. It is logged and kept safe, used only on scheduled visits, and returned when you ask or the plan ends. Our terms say the same.

Who pays for repairs?

You do, at cost. We get a quote, you approve it, and nothing starts until you have. The report shows the work before and after.

Is this the same as a guard?

No. Nobody stays at the house. Caretaker is one visit a month with photographs, and we tell you what we find.
