Areas we cover

We cover addresses within the Lahore city limits. If your property is outside them, tell us and we will say so before anything is agreed; nothing is charged. DHA, Bahria Town, Model Town, Gulberg, Johar Town, Wapda Town, Iqbal Town and Cantt are examples.

How to tell us where it is

In a housing society, send the phase, the block and the plot number exactly as they appear on your allotment letter or file. Society gates decide who comes in: we go as far as a visitor is allowed, and if a gate turns us away before we can reach the plot, the report says so and you get a full refund.

Three requests we expect from Lahore

Fixed prices in US dollars, the same in every city. We confirm the date and price with you by email first. You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. Plot CheckA plot bought on file in a society: whether it has been marked out on the ground, what stands beside it, and whether anyone has built on it.

What a visit does not check

Who owns the property. A visit shows what is on the ground, dated and located. We never check title, a file or official records.

Questions about Lahore

Do you check my plot against the society’s records?

No. We photograph what is on the ground: whether a plot is marked, walled, built on or empty. We do not check ownership, the file or the society map. That is for the society office or a lawyer, and our photos are what you take to them.

Can you get into DHA or Bahria Town?

We go as far as a visitor is allowed. If a society gate will not let us reach the plot, the report says so and you get every dollar back.

Do you judge the contractor’s work?

No. A construction visit records which stage the build has reached, the work at that stage close up, the cement and steel on site and whether anyone was working. We are not engineers and we never instruct the contractor.

What does a visit not tell me?

Who owns the property. We photograph what is on the ground, dated and located, and we never check title, a file or official records. The photos are what you take to a lawyer or the authority that does.
