You want to know how your property looks today, and nobody you trust is nearby to ask. A Single Visit sends one of our team to look at it and photograph it, so you see what is there, with the date and place on every photo.

Who it is for

Single Visit is for owners abroad who want one look at a plot, a house or a piece of farmland in Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi. It suits a first look, a check after a storm or a long gap, or a way to try Wahan before you choose a plan.

Send the city, the area and the plot or house number, and a map pin if you have one. We confirm we can find it before anything is agreed.

We cover the whole Faisalabad district and the city limits of Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

What we photograph

The approach from the road and the full frontage
One photo in each direction from the frontage
The gate and lock, if there is one
Whether the boundary wall is intact, damaged or missing
Anything new on or around the property: building work, dumped material, a vehicle, a poster or crops
Whether anyone appears to be living, working or in possession
Meters, solar panels or a notice on the gate, if you ask for them on the request form, at no extra charge

What it does not do

We photograph from the road or the public path and do not go inside. If you want a closed house opened, that is House Opening. We do not check ownership or title, and we do not confront anyone.

How it works

Send your request with the city, the area and the plot or house number.
We email you to confirm the date and the price. Prices are fixed in US dollars and nothing is charged yet.
You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically.
A named person from our team goes to the property and photographs it from the road or public path, with the time and place locked to every photo.
Your report arrives by email, with every photo dated and placed.

If we cannot complete the visit

If we cannot complete your visit, you get all your money back.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between this and Quarterly Watch?

Single Visit is one look on one date. Quarterly Watch is four visits a year to the same property with the same photo list, so you can compare one visit with the next.

Can you go inside?

Not on a Single Visit. We photograph from the road or public path. For the inside of a closed house, ask for a House Opening.

What if someone is on the property?

We photograph from the road and leave. We do not confront anyone. The report records the date and says the visit ended early and why.
