Prices are in US dollars, per property, and they are fixed. We do not negotiate them, because the same visit should not cost two families two different amounts.

No card on file. We agree the work with you by email and invoice it, so nothing is ever charged automatically. If we cannot find your property from the details you give, cannot reach it safely, or it turns out to be outside the district, you get every dollar back.

Before you ask

Five things people check first.

Who actually visits my property?

Someone sent by Wahan, not an agent working on commission. They are given the property location, never your contact details. They will not ask you or anyone else for money, and they never speak for you.

Do you go inside, or open the gate?

Not on an inspection. We photograph from the road or public path beside the property, and we never climb a wall, open a gate or use a drone. The one exception is House Opening, where you instruct us and give us the keys to your own house.

What if someone is living on my plot?

We photograph from the road and leave. We do not confront anyone. The photos and their dates are the record, and the report says the visit ended early and why. If you need a file for a lawyer, that is what the Evidence Pack is for.

How do I pay, and what if the visit cannot happen?

We agree the work with you by email and send an invoice. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically. If we cannot find the property from your details, cannot reach it safely, or it turns out to be outside the district, you get a full refund.

Who sees my property details?

Only us. The location is given to whoever visits, without your contact details. We do not publish your address or your photos, and we do not sell anything to anyone. Our privacy policy sets out how long we keep it.
