Who it is for

Plot Check is for anyone buying a plot in Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi who has not seen it. The seller, an agent or a relative says it is walled, empty and ready to build on. This is a way to see for yourself before the next payment.

It also suits a plot you bought on file years ago. Send the plot number, the phase or block and a map pin if you have one. We confirm we can find it before anything is agreed.

We cover the whole Faisalabad district and the city limits of Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

What we photograph

The approach from the road and the full frontage of the plot
One photo in each direction, north, east, south and west, from the frontage
The corner markers, as many as we can find
The gate and lock, if there is one
Whether the boundary wall is intact, damaged or missing
Anything new on or around the plot: building work, dumped material, a vehicle, a poster, livestock or crops
Whether anyone appears to be living, working or in possession

What it does not do

We go to the plot and check it is where your file says, that the boundary matches, and that nobody is on it. We do not check ownership or title: your lawyer does that, and our guide shows what to ask. We photograph from the road or the public path, never from inside the plot, and we do not confront anyone.

How it works

Send your request with the city, the area and the plot or house number.
We email you to confirm the date and the price. Prices are fixed in US dollars and nothing is charged yet.
You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically.
A named person from our team goes to the plot and photographs it from the road or public path, with the time and place locked to every photo.
Your report arrives by email, with every photo dated and placed.

If we cannot complete the visit

If we cannot complete your visit, you get all your money back.

Questions people ask

Can you tell me whether the seller really owns the plot?

No. We photograph what is on the ground and never check title, a file or official records. For ownership, use the society office or a lawyer.

What if someone is on the plot?

We photograph from the road and leave. We do not confront anyone. The report records the date and says the visit ended early and why, so you know before you pay.

My plot has no clear address. Can you still find it?

Usually. Send the plot number, the phase or block and a landmark or a map pin. If we cannot find it from what you give us, you get a full refund.
