Evidence Pack: dated photos for a lawyer or a family dispute

When someone has moved onto your plot, or the family cannot agree who is in possession, your lawyer will ask what the property looks like and when. An Evidence Pack answers with dated, place-stamped photographs from two visits.

Who it is for
It is for owners who are in a dispute, or can see one coming: someone building on your plot, a relative living in the house without agreement, a boundary that has moved. You are abroad, and the first thing any lawyer wants is a record of how the property stands.

We cover the whole Faisalabad district and the city limits of Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
What we photograph
- The approach from the road and the full frontage
- One photo in each direction from the frontage, and the corner markers
- The gate and lock, and whether the boundary wall is intact, damaged or missing
- Anything new on or around the property: building work, dumped material, a vehicle, a temporary structure or a new wall
- Whether anyone appears to be living, working or in possession
We photograph from the road or public path and do not confront anyone. If anyone is present or the team member is challenged, they may take one photo from the road and leave, and the report says the visit ended early. An Evidence Pack is not legal advice, a title check or a promise about what a court will accept. That is for your lawyer.
Price and what is included
Two visits on dates agreed by email, and a file of the photos and notes for your lawyer. Each photo carries its date, time and place, and cannot be added from a phone gallery.
How it works
- Send your request with the city, the area and the plot or house number.
- We email you to confirm the date and the price. Prices are fixed in US dollars and nothing is charged yet.
- You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically.
- A named person from our team goes twice, on dates agreed by email, and photographs from the road or public path, with the time and place locked to every photo.
- Your report arrives by email, with every photo dated and placed.
If we cannot complete your visit, you get all your money back.
Questions people ask
Will this get someone removed from my property?
No. It gives you a dated record to take to a lawyer. What happens next is your lawyer’s decision.
Will a court accept the photos?
That is for your lawyer and the court. We can say that each photo carries its date, time and place, and that photos cannot be added from a phone gallery.
Why two visits?
A second dated visit shows what changed since the first, or that nothing did. A single photo shows one day.
