$49 is about CA$69 or £37 (rate in October 2026). Your card does the conversion.

We read every request and reply by email to arrange the visit and confirm the price before anyone goes. If your property is outside the cities we cover, we will say so honestly rather than leave you waiting. If you do not see our email, check your spam folder, or write to hello@wahan.app.
What happens next
- 1We confirm by emailWe write to you to arrange the visit, or on WhatsApp if you give us a number. Nothing is charged before you agree.
- 2We visit from the roadFrom the road or public side of the property. We go inside only when the job needs it, such as House Opening, Caretaker or Repairs and Cleaning, or a solar check on your roof, and only where you arrange the access. We never speak for you.
- 3Your report arrivesWe email you the photos, each with its date, time and location.
Who actually visits my property?
A Wahan team member, not an agent working on commission. They are given the property location, never your contact details. They will not ask you or anyone else for money, and they never speak for you.
How do I pay, and what if the visit cannot happen?
We confirm the date and price with you by email first. You then pay by card before the visit, through a secure payment link we email you. We never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically. If we cannot complete the visit, you get all your money back.
