Tell us where your property is.

One visit to one property, the full photo set, and your report by email. We confirm the visit with you before anyone goes, and we invoice afterwards.

    We confirm by emailWe write to you to arrange the visit, or on WhatsApp if you give us a number. Nothing is charged before you agree.

    We visit from public landFrom the road or public side of the property only. We never go inside, and never speak for you.

    Your report arrivesWe email you the photos, each with its date, time and location.

What should we check?

Who sees this: only us. Whoever visits is sent by Wahan, not an agent working on commission. They are given the property location, never your contact details, and they will not ask you or anyone else for money. We do not go inside, we do not speak for you, and we never publish your address.
